NetDesk Pty Ltd is an Australian company registered in Melbourne, Victoria. We provide on-demand remote IT support to individuals and households across Australia, with a particular focus on elderly and disabled users who need accessible, patient, and jargon-free assistance.
Our technicians are certified professionals — background-checked, trained, and committed to treating every customer with respect and care.
2. Our mission
Technology should work for everyone — not just those who grew up with it. Our mission is to make expert IT support genuinely accessible: affordable, easy to access, and delivered with the patience and warmth that our customers deserve.
We believe that people should never feel embarrassed about needing tech help. Our job is to make that help simple, friendly, and effective — every time.
3. How we work
Sessions are 15 minutes at a fixed rate of $20. No contracts, no subscriptions, no hidden fees. You book when you need help and pay only for the time you use.
Support is delivered via secure, encrypted remote access. Your technician can see and control your screen with your permission, diagnose the issue in real time, and walk you through what they are doing every step of the way.
We do not retain session recordings or your personal data beyond what is strictly required by law. When the session ends, your privacy is restored.
